We live in an accelerating VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity & Ambiguity) for which the only antidote is AGILITY. I ask your audience, "are you AGILE or FRAGILE?" Are you a FRAGILE Leadership Presence (like the majority) or an AGILE Leadership Presence (like a minority) and what does it take to move from the majority to the minority?

Understanding AGILE conversation-flow as the unfolding flow of thoughts, questions, decisions and actions, divergently and convergently, present forwards and future backwards. AGILE conversation-flow becomes AGILE cash-flow becomes AGILE share-price (whether you are a public listed company or not). How's your share-price? Rising, flat-lining or falling? As an enterprise, an organization, as a team and as a leader? I challenge leaders to look in the mirror and ask what is happening with their leadership stock/share-price?
