Cutting through the complexity and hype, I have distilled the challenge down to the essence of C2C: Conversation-Flow to Cash-Flow. The trajectory and agility of your cash-flow is determined by the trajectory and agility of your conversation-flow. Cash-flow is not king anymore! Conversation-flow is king and cash-flow is a way of keeping score! So the question now becomes, how ill you develop an intelligence advantage? It takes 5 levels, which build and compound as foundations for each other. Your intelligence advantage will be founded on an advisory advantage of external input and radar scanning, an agility advantage operating system, creating the conditions of a cultural advantage and the success factors of a peer advantage. All of which doesn't happen by accident. It happens by design.

In an exponential age you can’t possibly keep up by trying to have all of your intelligence in-house.
