Become a Student of Agility, by being Agile with Agile

I have always promoted the idea that we should be agile with agile, taking an agile approach to institutionalizing agile.  A key is to take early, bold, small action steps that are low risk to get things moving and then learn, adjust and iterate from there.  1st gear, 2nd gear, 3rd gear ...  Below are some easy and low-cost 1st gear options you can get started with and then progressively shift into higher gears from there.  Virtual has always been a key aspect of being agile with agile, even more so now in a Covid-19 era.  There is no time like the present to become a student of agility.
