The battleground is shifting again.  This is the new battleground for remaining future-proofed in the face of accelerating VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity & Ambiguity) disruptive change and an emerging exponential age which will redefine fast!  It requires a progressive convergence of Collective Intelligence.  Developing the Human Intelligence side of the equation requires 5 /Shifts, which I explore with the audience one by one, with examples and case-studies.  

There is only one competitive advantage which has any degree of permanence these days.  Everything else is increasingly temporary, increasingly quickly, probably bigger, faster and sooner than you think!  It is a collectively intelligent, peer powered culture of agility.  If you think your leadership, teamwork and communication are already level 5, think again!   Begin a 5 Level Reset.  That is the subject of our eBook, The One Advantage which provides audiences a road map.
