Most of all, we urge leaders to be agile with agile! Which means, start small and finish big, starting with something simpler sooner and sophisticating it later. Don't set out to boil the ocean all of a sudden. Rather, get a small snowball rolling and accumulate from there, enjoying early benefits from your endeavors which help build momentum and can become progressively self-propelling and self-funding.
